My name is Snježana but my friends call me Žana. I was born in Zagreb and lived many years in United Kingdom so communication and interaction with guests is my strength.

As a guide I possess knowledge of cultural and historical heritage. I have my own style my own little trick and quite a few kilometers in my feet so it's easy to recognize what people like to take home from their holidays. I tell legends and stories and so much more.
